Our Air Conditioner has been out for 5 days. Sent tecnichian out twice from what I understand. It was fixed once before, but didn't last. Sweltering. Did respond to other repairs in timely manner. Have to buy several fans, for the rent we pay.

Overall, really good experience. There were a few minor issues with the solid waste pick up in Westfield, but I think that is because it's a new ordinance.
