Johnathan Alejandro in the leasing department was sooooo awesome. He handled my every issue promptly with care and courtesy. I called him the Superman of Progress Residential because he definitely saved the day!!!
You do all the work for them unless a big appliance goes down. The house was filthy when I moved in because it sat for months while people viewed it in the middle of winter. I had to paint the garage and trim because the previous renter ruined them even though I asked the company to do so. Even for move out, you get to pay to have the entire house professionally cleaned and carpets professionally cleaned or they charge you $450+ if no receipts. Our Air Conditioner has been out for 5 days. Sent tecnichian out twice from what I understand. It was fixed once before, but didn't last. Sweltering. Did respond to other repairs in timely manner. Have to buy several fans, for the rent we pay.
