Nice house, but consider your deposit a gift to them because they're going to find a way to steal 90% of it. I built a nice stone fire pit in the back yard, and they charged me 60 for damages to it because I used it. I bought and built it.. I forget what the deposit was exactly 1600 or 1700, but I got almost nothing back after they nickel and dimed it. I met with the move out inspector and nothing they charged me for was on his report. My husband and I have had such a horrible experience with Progress Residential as a rental agency. We have had creatures living in the attic since day one, and now just experienced the hot water tank go out. The maintenance team for them is horrible and their customer service is just as bad. We have had no resolution on the pets in the attic. As for the hot water tank it broke on Thursday with no hot water. I would like to speak with someone other than the maintenance manager. He was very unprofessional and kept talking when I was trying to explain my problem. He said that he had to take his tech's word over my word. His response was just 'um k" every time I would say something The dishwasher still has not been repaired. We had one tech "Nathan" that said he had to order a part to fix the leak (gasket) the dishwasher is making. One my awful experience was dealing with this company, the communication is horrible, they are very keen to get their rent on time but too slow to fix thing or do simple report.
I guess you guys deleted my last comment! Typical progress will do anything to make yourselves look good! AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS! THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU! ALL THEY WANT IS MONEY MONEY MONEY!!

Progress Residential uses PMI Midwest to show their properties, even though they have an Indianapolis local office. Coordinating and communicating with PMI Midwest was great; once the Progress branch in AZ took over to review the application, things got complicated. The person I spoke with had terrible communication skills. When I told him I have been speaking with a rep from PMI Midwest, and the person in the AZ office has no clue who I am talking about, that is highly alarming to me.
