If I could give them negative stars, I would. They messed up our rent payment with them more then once, but blamed us for their mistakes. Not only did I get hurt because of their negligence, I will have a scar for the rest of my life. Do not Rent from these non-caring money grubbers.

Terrible customer service - will never use again Buyer or renter beware! Do your research. Bad AC/heater, lights blown, GFI outlets in kitchen caught fire. Leaky shower door caused slipping plus messed up our rent payments too! Should be a negative star!

Complete SCAM!! Don't waste your time nor money! First of all, if you have a business account, you have a zero chance of getting approved! They don't mention this before applying. So, when it comes to providing proof of income using their third-party services it will not allow you to complete the process. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY !! Notice how many shitty reviews they have !! This is probably the 15th time ive tried to get info across for stuff they charged me for that I WILL NOT BE PAYING FOR... They will do anything to try to take your money from you. I was a tenant for 10 years and took excellent care of their home only to get screwed over with all kinds of fees in the end. DO NOT rent from them !!!! We lived in one of their homes for almost 2 years, in the first week we lived there our home flooded multiple times. We were never offered anything because of this, no hotel, no offer to move into a different home NOTHING. They never checked for water damage or mold, they had a plumber come out and that was it. This company is not worth your time or the headache. We have been charged late fees due to their site crashing when processing payments, the windows on our house fall in and do not lock (Which is a right the landlord must fulfill in Indiana) and they wanted to charge us when we had not damaged them, and they have never responded even remotely close to an question, email or phone call in a timely manner. It took years to get maintenance to come fix anything in my home and they charge for most things.
I have been a Progress Residental resident for almost 2 years and have had tons of issues with the quality of renovations done to my home. Additionally, my home had actionable levels of radon they sent someone who did not know what they were doing and now I may have mold. I have charged way over the Zillow estimate for this home and I am in a very high crime area murders, shooting, and abduction last week, which I have reported repeatedly to no avail.
