The worst company I have ever had the displeasure of working with. I wish I could give them -10 stars. No one wants to help. No one wants to answer questions. No one wants to call or email you back. Talisa does not answer questions. The company does not care that they have horrible customer service. They scammed me out of $300. I tried to talk to a manager to resolve the issue and they hung up on me. Horrible, horrible company. I would never rent from them and if you are smart you won't either!!!!!

Have rented from several companies. I had to beg to get out staircase redone after falling down them pregnant twice. The person who redid them said "this would've never passed an inspection" There was a leak from the ipstairs bathroom into the kitchen through the vents on the ceiling and they didnt want to pay to dry it out, they wanted to let mold form instead.... We are good renters, clean, pay rent on time, follow the rules etc. Weve never had any deposit kept through any other companies: first key, American tricon homes... read more

This been a nightmare and horrible horrific experience for us since we moved in this Fealty house on June 28th 2021 so these past almost 3 weeks been very horrible experience for us cause the house not functioning at all and should never been ready to be on the market for rent. The house was fealty not cleaned up master bathroom toilet not working at all, dishwasher same Stove is horribly fealty! Been with this company almost 3 years now. I've had a broken garage door for 2 months. Won't fix because of COVID. Have a broken A/C now too, and cannot reach the company in any fashion to report it. 90-100 degrees in the house yesterday. I am so disappointed in this company. Can't put in tickets for Maintenance because it's outside of business hours (at 10:30am on Thursday?), or reach customer service to escalate the issue! Seriously save yourself the frustration. They are impossible to get ahold of unless you take 2 hours out of your day to sit on the phone and wait. They are the worst business I have ever come into contact with. The homes are beautiful which is why I wanted to use this company. Upon move-in I had a problem with the cleanliness and asked if it could be addressed they refused. Because of Covid, you put in an application then when the home is ready you can view, so by that time I had to make a decision. They got me! I did it mys... read more

Terrible if you are a renter. Every time you call you get different information. The technicians they send out don’t ever do a good work. I’m usually on hold and can’t get a hold of anyone, and hard complicated processes that should be simple.

Read more reviews before signing with them! They stole my deposit, charged me for damaged to a fire pit that I bought and built, charged me extra for not having renters insurance despite sending in proof of insurance several times.screwed up my rent payments, charged me extra for staying past the lease period before the lease period was even over, and nickel n dimed the crap out of my deposit. Don't expect to get your deposit back if you've already signed. Bad company, please save yourself a headache. I will review this co... read more
