Overall, really good experience. There were a few minor issues with the solid waste pick up in Westfield, but I think that is because it's a new ordinance.

Been waiting 2 weeks for a maintenance phone call to fix the roof leak and NO heat with 3 kids in this house. Maybe someone will respond to this.

Everything went well with application process - had some questions that were answered efficiently. Upon move in had some minor issues that were handled very quickly. Move-in process went very well. On inspections team was very accommodating to make this work using the lock box. Use the electronic payment method and that works very well. Overall experience has been very positive to date. Great job to the entire Progress Residential Team in Indy!
