Very unscrupulous company. Watch out if you have a crye leike lease. They will try to enforce theirs anyway and keep your deposit. They are very difficult on move out. Stay away from this company.

I have been dealing with an accounting issue with your company for over a year. This issue is an error on your part and I have emails that state so much. I have always paid my rent two weeks early (starting in January of 2015) but in November of 2015 your system did not recognize that I was given first month free when I moved in in January of 2015. This is the most horrible rental comany I have ever dealt with. I am not sure who you paid to write positive reviews because this is the only place you will find that. Check out yelp, Facebook pages, or just google to see the real reviews. Please run as fast as you can away from this company and warn all others. And if you have been done wrong by them, as I have, take them to court where they will lose. Avoid this company at all costs. Not only will they keep your deposit but they will charge you additional fees for absolutely nothing. Run!!!!!!! There are customers all over the Shelby county / DeSoto county area who will tell you about their experiences.

First of all, your customer service is nonexistent. I have called the office to figure out a billing dispute on several occasions spanning 6 months and every time the associate tells me that someone from the billing department will contact me, which still has never happened. Also, the house that I rent, has roof leaks causing water damage throughout the house. I have called this out over the last 18 months but no actions have been taken. You don't listen to customers. You do everything you can to get any amount of money from your customers. You don't respond and when you do it's rude. This is honestly the worst leasing company I've ever worked with. Literally the first thing I tell to people when they mention renting is stay away from Progress Residential. You guys are a sham and I'm awaiting the day I get to be a part of the class action lawsuit you guys have coming.
