1/2 of a star. Very unprofessional for a business especially the practice of mandatory utility payments sent to you. Follow up is a joke. Say one thing & do something else or just don't do at all. We really like the house we are in and okay with the rent amount but dealing with your practices is ridiculous.
Terrible customer service. Being evicted after paying rent on time for one year every month. Memphis office was rude. Phoenix office no one will answer.
This company seemed like a nice decent company but I've done some pretty extensive research and I'm going to be writing a neutral review. I have spoken to them regarding a home in our community for rent and they always end up not showing up or rescheduling,when they did finally show it was an hour and a half late, I wanted to help my daughter get her first rental and that way she would also be close to us while still being independent. Yes, since we moved in back in May we have had a flooded bathroom and when the plummer showed up to fix it, he cleared out the pipe to the street so it would drain. However, I heard him tell a Progress representative that the toilet in our master bathroom needed to be replaced. They told him a work order had already been set up. That was at least 3 weeks ago! Disgusting company. We decided not to renew our lease due to dramatic rent increases despite being 2 year residents. Our next month's rental includes charges all the way to August 14. How can you know the amount of electricity, sewage, and water for 2 months out? We are extremely happy to get away from these crooked people

Progress Residential representatives lacks professionalism. I really don't believe their current office staff understand basic accounting principles. I have requested my account ledger to no avail. DO NOT LEASE or RENT from Progress. In reviewing comments from other Progress Residential tenants across the US, the remarks are basically note their POOR performance. I have had such a horrible experience with Progress Residential!!!!!!!!! Incompetency from day 1. Our home was not even near ready for move in on the day of the walk through. We have been overcharged for things unnecessarily. The staff has horrible attitudes when you try to get the issues resolved. I have many more things that I could say but to just sum it up. Find another company to rent from. You pay very high rent to find out after the fact that you have to pay for all repairs yourself on a "RENTAL" home.
