Finding a home, moving in, and occupying the home has been great. I have move out questions and have sent numerous emails to Customer Care for the last two weeks. A case gets opened for my email then closed the following day with no response by email or phone. I even received a response from a representative that simply said "Goodbye." Customer care regarding this matter has been less than satisfactory which is why I gave a one star rating. I am set to move out next month and still do not have answers to my questions.

I was so excited about finding the perfect home for my growing family. Since I have been approved it’s hard to even get anyone on the phone the wait time is ridiculous, some people are helpful and others not. Once they received my deposit and pro rated fees for the month it’s like well when you talk to your leasing agent and do your orientation you can request maintenance and your concerns. If you rent from them don’t feel like you’re a priority I wouldn’t recommend.

The worst company ever to rent from, they lie about credits to your account and make false statements reports via email when you send in a report!! Nothing gets done!! Another issue my air conditioner has been out since Thursday 7/7/22 and I’ve made three maintenance request two over the phone and one online and one of the maintenance request the representative inform it was made top priority emergency and this was on Friday and still nobody with Progressive rental or a contractor has made contact with me. I’d give zero stars if I could. Run away fast and far from this company!!! Renting from them is the equivalent of throwing money in a fire. ABSOLUTELY the Most horrendous experience with a landlord/leasing company I’ve ever had or heard of. We’ve dealt with extreme plumbing leaks in the master bedroom for over 5 months now (only been here 6 months). We haven’t been able to use that room or closet at all in that time. We’ve had our water shut off TWICE in 4 months due to non-payment despite us paying that utility through prog... read more

Will never rent from this company again. They ONLY care about making money and are incredibly inflexible and difficult to work with any maintenance requests. There are tons of hidden fees, and they will charge the tenant $75 for a missed service call, but then no-showed us 3 times for a simple appliance repair, with no credit to us for our time. We moved from Indianapolis to Georgia. We rented from Progress there and did a transfer to Georgia. We disputed a charge at the house in Indiana. They said through an email that they would reimburse us, but we needed to sign some paperwork through DocuSign. Never received this in my email not did my husband. I emailed the person several times and even called. This has been going on since January. Every time I call, the person seems to think I do not know how to use my email and some what degrades me.

Do not rent with them! I read these reviews and wish I would have listened. I moved in six months ago. My experience has been awful. A 500 charge due by next month because the refunded the money to me twice.. but I can't find the bill evidence and if it their fault why is it due next month. Then my air conditioner upstairs stops working. It's 88 in my house, in my bedrooms, no sleep for me. So I call and the soonest the can come out is Tuesday... It was Thursday when I called. I rented from Progress Residential for a year and I will never rent from them again. The communication is terrible. You speak with one person they tell you this and you speak with the next person and they tell you something totally different. The website is not user friendly at all and the people in the office act as if they can't correct anything that goes wrong on the website.
