I do not recommend rent from Progress Residential "https://rentprogress.com/" I rent with them three years and on my move out and after their inspector confirmed that nothing is pending, they still charged me for items that are not supposed to be charged and they play an unfair game, i put my review on their facebook page and they reached out to me asking to send an email and no one cares to respond at all. Scam artists. Will not refund my security deposit back even though I left the house with better conditions. Stay away!

HELP....I'm on autopay with Progress Residential and was charged a late fee ($158) for my August rent. I spoke with Mrs Epps in the Memphis office and she agreed it was an error in their system and a credit would be processed. The Sept bill came due with no credit applied. I contacted Mrs. Epps and she informed me the credit request was denied. I have left her 3 voice mails and 2 emails with no response. This has been the most difficult year of my life renting from this company. Every month it feels we've had an issue. We turned in our 60 day notice and got 3 months of utilities with our next to last rent payment. I called about it on the 2nd and it took until the 10th to get it resolved. Then this month we got our pro rated rent twice. And the late fee we were told would be waived wasn't. They just didn't pay 125 dollars worth of utilities and paid their late fee. Gouged me $600 for a tree replacement out of my security deposit. When we moved into the house there was no tree at all in the front yard. All is well until a year and a half later a tree appeared in our front yard. I did what any normal person would do and watered the new tree like crazy but the tree began to die. Terrible ! I have been on hold for more than two hours and they do not respond to any emails. My bills are sky rocketing as we speak due to broken plumbing that has constant hot water running. I get zero help from Progress Residential. I have been a tenant for over three years and have experienced terrible customer service every single time I reach out. I have opted to fix things on my own. This plumbing I will not fix and I will be contacting a lawyer immediately.

I have been trying to get in touch with the lady who is handling our lease renewal for a week. Four emails, six voicemails, and one week later, still no reply. I don't understand how a company does business like this. I have been to the office in Nashville and no one there can even help. So what's the point of an office? Everything is done through email or phone calls. But I can't get a hold of anyone but the call center. Wow!
1/2 of a star! These ppl are not even rated by BBB. Yes, I checked because PR is like a thief. Take your money, make you pay them for utilities & promises made only to not be answered. DON'T rent from them unless you want one headache after another. Taking over for Crye Leike was the end of my rope. Never before tried to work with such unprofessional & uncaring ppl.
