Kelly Feeley was our first person of contact she was amazing helped make this moving process less stressful and helped put our mind at ease. Helped with all of our needs.
Brand new to renting from Progress and they have been amazing from the beginning. Kelly Freeley has been very helpful and transparent ever since we started the application process and has kept us updated weekly on the progress of our new home. Highly recommend her as a leasing specialist!!
I rented a home in Fuquay Varina and Christine Roberts and TerriLynn were amazing. I could have not gotten through this move without them assisting me as much as they did and we moved my entire family daughter and grandchildren 9hours away from Pennsylvania. Would recommend this company to anyone looking for housing and relocation. Cannot say thank you enough

John Facett is an asset to the company. John was able to identify additional issues within my home that the previous worker over looked. John fixed and repaired what he could. John also practiced soical distance and wore a mask. I must say that John was cordial and professional his entire time in the home.
Just wanted to shoutout one of your maintenance tech's, Chris Robinson. We are new to renting from Progress and it's always a little stressful when you move into a new home and some things arent working properly. Chris came in a timely manner and was able to fix all of the minor issues we had in no time and is a true pro!

We have lived in a progress home for over 2 years and recently transferred from one progress home to another for more space. They are always helpful, respond quickly to requests and diligent in solving problems when they occur. Chad was especially helpful when we transferred homes, we had a family emergency during our move and Chad was compassionate and helpful in getting our move taken care of so we could focus on our family.
