I rented a home in Fuquay Varina and Christine Roberts and TerriLynn were amazing. I could have not gotten through this move without them assisting me as much as they did and we moved my entire family daughter and grandchildren 9hours away from Pennsylvania. Would recommend this company to anyone looking for housing and relocation. Cannot say thank you enough

I have to start out by giving Ms Sherry Stewart the biggest round of applause! Everyone I worked with from Progress was wonderful and very knowledgeable. But Sherry Stewart really went above and beyond to help make my move as painless as possible. I would recommend this rental company to everyone!

John Facett is an asset to the company. John was able to identify additional issues within my home that the previous worker over looked. John fixed and repaired what he could. John also practiced soical distance and wore a mask. I must say that John was cordial and professional his entire time in the home.

Just wanted to shoutout one of your maintenance tech's, Chris Robinson. We are new to renting from Progress and it's always a little stressful when you move into a new home and some things arent working properly. Chris came in a timely manner and was able to fix all of the minor issues we had in no time and is a true pro!

Progress Residential has served me very well! They are responsive to my maintenance requests and paying rent online is very convenient. I have been able to speak to the local representatives and the email response has been excellent! I understand that there have been negative reviews about Progress. I think many of these negative reviews can be attributed to those folks who have not owned a home previously. Renting a home is not the same as renting an apartment where everything is taken care of. I believe if you pay your rent on time and attend to routine, low dollar maintenance items, and let Progress know about the ********** items (HVAC, water heater, appliances, etc.) you will have a great experience with them. I know I have!
