I had an excellent experience with Progress Residential. The staff in the local Atlanta office was very friendly and always helpful anytime I needed assistance. When it comes to property management companies, Progress Residential is an excellent company.

Rented from Progress for one year before we had an immediate need for a MUCH bigger house. The application and rental process was fantastic - clear communication of what was required, where we were in the process and the steps required to move in. We had a few instances where we needed to have a maintenance person resolve issues in the home, and they were handled extremely quickly and with a high degree of professionalism. I rented from this company while it was still growing. Even though there was some miscommunication, my home was always taken care of quickly and without question. We went through some growing pains but they were growing out of them towards the end of our lease. We bought a house which is why we didn't continue to rent.

Friendly staff, big selection of rental homes, and the application process was pretty quick and smooth. Whenever there was a problem maintenance was sent out immediately. My only issue is that I felt like my home was overpriced- cheap fixtures, extremely cheap carpet, cheap laminate counters and floors. It's seriously looked like they went to Home Depot and picked the cheapest of everything yet my home was over $2400 a month. I have worked with Progress Residential for the past 3 years and have been more than satisfied with their service. I have just allowed a 2 year extension for them to lease my home. I look forward to working with them in the future.

The staff in the office are wonderful. They are friendly and helped me look at an apartment without an appointment. The facilities staff is WONDERFUL! They do the work within minutes after I put in a work order.

This company has Provided and very easy experience! I love that I get reminders for monthly rent payments and the online site to pay is an awesome feature.
