We have been renting a home from Progress for about a year and a half now. They are a great company to rent from. They make the process of renting easier and and issues that come up with the rental home are addressed quickly. The one thing I wish were different is that the rent would not have gone up.

When I first applied for a home through Progress Residental, I was surely thinking the worse. Five days later, I got a call saying I was approved for a home..Best news ever! It's almost a year since we moved into our home, and I can say when I contact customer service about a service request, they do exactly what they say they are going to do and in a timely manner. I would recommend anyone to Progress Residental! I love it here..

This is my first year with Progress Residential and I've had a lovely experience with the company. They are very friendly, answered all of my questions, and very helpful when I need an issue to be resolved. I have recommended this company to many of my friends as they are in the process of looking for a beautiful home to rent. Keep up the good work!

We are in our third year in a Progress home. Since moving in, we have had several major repair needs, but Progress has been very quick to respond and take care of the issues. We love our home and hope to stay here for years to come.

When I first moved into my house the AC broke and my plumbing backed up, a series of unfortunate events in the GA heat! Progress not only fixed the problem but ensured workers arrived late at night over the weekend so I wasn't stranded for days without help. In this scenario as a new tenant the Regional Director himself called to apologize as this was a very unusual case. The people at progress residential were very easy to work with. We were able to view the home on our own without having to make an appointment, which was very convenient. Rental applications were simple and the website kept us informed during the process.

Nothing but kiddos to this company! When we need things fixed it is done timely, we've never had any issues, and the communication is excellent. We definitely want to renew our lease!
