Juanita Curtis was the reason we went with Progress! House hunting during a pandemic was something my husband and I were dreading but Juanita made the process SO simple. She was always quick to respond and beyond patient when I had a million questions about the process.
Just wanted to thank Juanita Curtis for her help on securing our home and also working with us to get our ESA paperwork squared away upon move in. She was very helpful , quick to respond, and pointed us in all the right directions to get the entire process done smoothly. This is our second time renting with Progress and both times have been very smooth and easy.
I called this number, wanting to look at houses about 6 mins later. A lady named Juanita called me, she was so soft spoken and kind, we went over different options, and because I'm so detailed oriented I went over everything great detail, also since coming from another state, I would call or text her and ask her if she could go over something with me and she would. Juanita curtis was great! She was very detailed and helped me get into a beautiful home. I was in M.I.T training and she made it easy for me to got through viewing process and the application. Timothy Richardson came through for us again.He is one of the best maintenance men I have seen.He explained what was wrong and then repaired it.He makes sure you are satisfied before he leaves. Timothy is pleasant and well mannered. Love his work.
