Progress Residential has been an excellent property management group. Any time we've submitted a maintenance request, it has been acted on quickly and with great customer service. During high winds, our side fence fell over; we reported it to them and within a day, they had people out to fix it. Plus, they noticed that our opposite side fence was in need of replacement so they proactively replaced that one, as well. The rental experience with them has been a treat. I have lived in the rental property for six months. Each time there has been a problem it has been corrected fairly quickly. The gentleman who walked us through the house had an attitude. Every time we pointed something out he would say "It's rental property". Like we should not expect much. Other than that, everyone we have dealt with have been super nice. Renting is a road filled with many obstacles and bumps along the way. While it hasn't always been smooth sailing, our experience with Progress residential has always ended on a positive note with issues resolved. Their new system for service orders is great. Their staff has always been professional and the home is just what we needed.

I found Progress Residential Property Manager, LLC after moving from California to Texas. I am a military veteran and so is my spouse, I say this because we are used to up and moving and needing to find a new home to live in. Progress Residential was amazing from the get go. They were fast at answering my questions and even talked to me about properties that were not even listed on their site yet. I got to look at many houses as they first went up for rent/sale. I had an absolutely positive experience with Progress Residential. I moved half way across the country and rented a home sight unseen. It was in an absolute great neighborhood and a really nice house. I had to pay a lot to get out of my lease, but, that was because we purchased a home and that was our decision. Our move out inspection went great and we had our deposit in our hands in about 1 week with no hassles from the company. I think if you have a negative attitude then you will get negative results. We rented form Progress Residential for two years and they were awesome. If we had an issue they had maintenance call within hours or the next day to set up a time to fix and repair the problem. The reminders to pay rent on time was helpful in keeping on time with the lease agreement. The only negative thing I have to say in not against Progress, but with agent we contacted to rent the house. Progress had to redo our contract, and we were promised a $100 gift card by the agent for the inconvenience which we never received.

Our experience with this company was very positive. Our rental property was clean and in a great location. We were never bothered and we never had any issues that needed addressing during our time at the property. We cleaned up and got our full deposit amount back upon a very fair and pleasant exit inspection. We would definitely use this company again.
