This is literally the worst company to rent from! NEVER under any circumstances rent from this company. They do not care about their tenants or their buildings! They are blood thirsty, money grabbing, greedy bottom feeders! Our house is completely moldy and they won’t do anything about it. The entire house including the gutters and AC have not been maintained. There is water damage and mold in all the bathrooms, walls and in the attic. My husband’s health has really deteriorated! This company is a the worst company I have have ever used in 10 years of renting houses. I have lived in multiple states and have never been taken fory security deposit or even had to pay. This company will not meet you for an inspection making up traffic issues but will charge you fraudulent damages to the home. Was beware. It’s unfortunate this management company is rated so bad. Because of this history I will not be applying to any of their properties. I am a very responsible older gentleman looking for a higher end home to rent however if this is the management company I will pass!

WORST COMPANY TO RENT FROM!!! This is an complaint in response to the reply on our review of Progress that Rich M. told us to email him. Go figure no response to this either. Rich likes to make people feel the company cares by saying how sorry he is and to please email him. HaHa HaHa The company's Instagram account saw this same message yet not a soul felt the need to reach out to us. This company is horrible they do whatever they can to take your security deposit on top of constantly raising rent.after finally getting out of there even before they charged us to have the gutters cleaned when it was their responsibility since it was at the height of their cost. we finally moved out to find something better and to be done with them and they had the nerve to charge for paint and the attic ladder that they came to fix and knew was broken on top of the fact the paint was crappy when we got there I want our ful... read more

Having been a resident of this company's for over 3 years, we were notified by a lawyer today that we were not able to renew as well as not able to move to another location which is owned by them. We pay on time every single month, and even over pay for when they do not comply with our HOA standards. We have dealt with flooding as well as water damage throughout the house many times and nobody ever came to fix our house correctly. I was on hold for over an hour and nobody ever got back to me . DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!! I WOULD GIVE NEGATIVE STARS IF I COULD All they care about is money. The houses look nice at first but you realize how many times they have just slapped lipstick on a pig to hide the issue leading to much bigger issues they don't care to fix. Service requests take WEEKS sometimes. We reported a pipe that busted at 3:30 am and was told the LATEST we would have help was 8 am. It is 1 pm, I have sent emails, sat on hold for 90 minutes... HORRIBLE. Had black mold in the house and told me to not pay rent only to evict me during COVID. Horrible company. Doesn’t care about you or the next guy. They’re kicking myself and my 6 year old daughter out because the failed to fix issues within the home. And wouldn’t apply my $5000 move in payment towards the rent owed. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY.

I applied for a home in March and was denied. It took several phone calls and several emails to find out why I was denied. It has been over 30 days and my $250 holding fee has not been returned! I spoke to an applications employee by the name of Keenan today who was very rude to me. He got severely irritated by answering my questions, and disconnected the call before the problem was resolved.
