These people are slum lords, Have lived in a 85-90 degree sweatbox for 4 days (while passing Kidney stones no less), company has lied every day I've called about an emergency repair on the AC Unit with their property. Lost four hours of work waiting for their maintenance guy who was supposed to be here on Friday between 3-7pm, never showed up. Run! I would give them a 0! The company is a sea of endless responses to resolving maintenance issues.
I have tried to reach out to the company multiple times inquiring where our holding fees are, it has been past the 30 day for the refund. We were denied for rental with out any reason given, cannot get ahold of anyone via email, phone etc. I just want my $500 back in my account as told I would after the 30 days or I will get an attorney involved. VERY VERY SHADY!!!!
If I could give a negative number of stars, it would be negative five. This company is 100% not legit so far. I applied for a house I paid the application fee; I also paid the $300 holding fee while my information was being processed. Out of the blue I received a text saying congratulations you have been approved! I was so excited I showed my kids and I jumped up and down. How can Progress possibly have an A+ rating with BBB? Does customer service account for nothing?? I have been paying pet rent ($35 per pet, per month), for over 1.5 years. Sadly, my first dog passed away on May 12. I notified Progress on May 13 to have him removed from my lease. To add to my grief, I had to euthanize my second dog on May 25. Worst customer service. They said I’d get my application refund back since they denied my application and I should receive it within 30 days, it’s now been 60 and I still haven’t received it. Horrible business - they literally stole my money. $350
Do not rent from them. They are the worst at communicating and have shady business practices. They LOOK and PRETEND to be very professional and they are far from it. I was an added tenant to a lease. I moved out well before the lease was up. The account was in good standing and the lease was renewed, switching to month to month, in the same agreement the primary applicant removed me from the lease and has it in email. This whole establishment ought to be ashamed of themselves. I have never, in my years of renting a property, ever dealt with such incompetent, lack of customer service individuals.
