We move in maybe mid ***** and we seen bugs. We emailed the gentleman who told us if we noticed anything to email him. We get no response so we paid for ***** pest control to come out. The *** lady comes to our home and introduces herself and she lets us know when Progress started remodeling the home they put a new mailbox ?? up and did not paint the wood white. We moved into a Progress Residential home this month and have had nothing but a stressful experience. When I applied, I was told that our move in date would be June 7th. I then received text messages that the home was scheduled to be ready around the 1st. The week of the 1st, I texted or called my contact everyday and she said that the system still said the 1st but it was not ready. She then said the house would be ready for move in on Monday the 7th. It was cumulative, and I always give a chance to make things straight, but here it is. This company does next to nothing once you move in. Terrible. I spoke with someone regarding renting from progress and went through every scenario on both myself and my husband. I was assured that there was no reason we should be denied and to go ahead and apply. I gathered everything needed and paid a fee of $385.00 only to be denied 8 hours later with zero explanation as to why. I emailed back and asked why we were denied and got no response. Do *** rent from this company. Horrible service. A/C went out and attempted to contact them several times. Their answering service says its not business hours and hangs up on you. Mind you I have been calling since 0800 hrs on a Monday morning. It is 91 degrees in my house with my family working from home and we cannot even get ahold of this **** company. Sent emails several times and attempted phone calls to no avail. Worst rental company ever.
The absolute worst company I have ever rented from. I have been renting for over 30 years. This is by far the worst - if I could give negative stars I would, but it is not an option. Terrible customer service: no one responds to emails with anything other than template response, telephone numbers listed in signature blocks are not in service. Double billing, hidden fees, and poor communication. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM!
I was notified about an *** violation within my community. In the email, they stated to see attached pictures of the violation. There were no images on the violation email I received from Progress Residential.I have emailed them countless times trying to find out what the violation is so that I can resolve it. No responses. I've emailed distribution lists, managers, customer service. No one will respond.They are charging me monthly since the violation is listed on my account as not resolved."
Will never rent from this company again. They ONLY care about making money and are incredibly inflexible and difficult to work with any maintenance requests. There are tons of hidden fees, and they will charge the tenant $75 for a missed service call, but then no-showed us 3 times for a simple appliance repair, with no credit to us for our time. Horrible company! We met all qualifications and was denied and the answer we got from them was I dont know what to tell you they are rude, nasty and unprofessional. They only want to take your money.
