The high rating on this page is unbelievable most of not all of the food ratings are for the maintenance team or should I say the vendors they send out. Otherwise run these people don’t care about your comfort. This place is horrible, so do not waste your time no matter how dire your situation may be it is not worth it. Chris Tutson Company is horrible we moved out without receiving our deposit and I noticed when we moved into our new place they put a eviction notice on our record but we lived in the house for months after. I'm going get a lawyer due to it's showing on my credit score as we was evicted but never was.
STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS RENTAL COMPANY!!! I urge you to choose any other rental company if you can. Only reason I had to go with Progress was because they did not have dog breed restrictions. From the beginning this place has been a nightmare. Constantly charged for random things, almost got evicted because they never pulled out the money from our bank account in time so they slapped a late fee on it and we did not have enough money in the account for a late fee. There are many things that need to be fixed before we move. I spoke to the company and leasing office and told them about the damage to the house. Not cosmetics. They didn't fix anything. I moved here 6 days ago and called their maintenance and got an email from them that I will be responsible for all these repair costs. My rent is almost $2500. That was a horrible experience.
Worst company I have ever dealt with as an adult. I would never recommend anyone rent from them. They are so bad at record keeping it's unbelievable. ---I put in 60 day notice 9/8/22. Immediately received a $402 utility bill to cover through my move-out date. ---No in person walk through on last day. ---Billed me for the entire month of December even though my lease expired on the 12th and I moved out on the 12th. This company is the most disorganized, money hungry, dodging company I have ever done business with. I rented from them for 6 months. From the second day I was there, the problems in the house were never fixed right. After fighting with Progress Residential for 3 months to cut down a dead tree in our backyard (we received an HOA violation), the contractors they sent out completely destroyed the back patio when they let huge pieces of tree come crashing down on it. So I submitted a job request almost 3 weeks ago and nobody has followed up with me, not even once.
