Full of shit!! It only takes 2 seconds to take my holding fee but 30 days to have it refunded!?! I’ve also read that some people are waiting on their holding fee after 30 days. I’m calling the attorney general. I want my money back now!!!!

I have been without air conditioning during a heat advisory in Houston since Saturday. I’m in a 3 bedroom/ 2.5 bath home and they brought me one small portable unit. The temperature in my house hasn’t gotten below 89 degrees. Even the HVAC vendor thought it was odd that they only sent ONE small portable a/c unit. In calling to request additional units at 1:00pm today I spent over 2 hours on hold only to be told that someone would call me back. At 4:30 I called again and no one answered until almost 5:30. STAY FAR AWAY. THEY ARE A MONEY HUNGRY JOKE OF A COMPANY. This company is a complete and utter joke. They brag that they work with bad credit- lie. My credit isn't totally horrible but it isn't all that great. We were denied and they told me with a co-signer, I would be fine and get approved. My cosigner is someone I know with excellent credit. Worst company Ever!!!!! Hi I been with progress Residential going on a year. Since I moved in this property I have problems. First it started with the Electric Outlets not working,A/C unit went out for 2 months. My daughter end up having a Asthma attack from air not circulating. They did told me that they would have some one bring windows A/C units, no never did. I have to come out my pocket to purchase those until someone came and fixed the A/C. I then lost my job. Let me start out by saying I am not even a tenant of Progress Residential, I am a neighbor. During their refurbishment of the house next door the painters over sprayed and covered my house, gutters, downspouts, and trashcans with bright white paint. I spent over $29k in 2021 painting my brick, adding new siding, soffits, facia, and gutters which are now coated in a fine mist of bright white paint. My gutters are dark bronze! they are a bunch of crooks if I could give the 0 stars I would, I leased a home from the for1/10/2020 to 09/1/2021 > I was never late on my rent and left the rental property better than I found it, they will find any reason to keep your deposit, even when you use the preferred venders , there just sad, I WOULD NOT LEASED FROM THESE PEOPLE. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THEM ????? CRROKS
