Absolutely horrible experience. DO NOT RENT FROM PROGRESS!!! 1. Maintenance requests are ignored. If it's important, be prepared to call customer service daily until the repairman calls you back. 2. Conservice, their utility billing and management company is a scam and is incompetent. Two months into our lease, our water got shut off for 2 days because they never set up an account with the water company. Would give 0 stars if it were an option. You want an honest review? Check out Yelp, so many of us have dealt with rude and unprofessional people that it is an utter surprise this business remains operational. CROOKS, THIEVES, AND SCAM ARTISTS Do NOT let the property manager ANGELA HAWKINS or the 4 stars lead you down a path you will regret.... make sure you have an attorney at your disposal...your going to need one if your dealing with ALL Progress Residential locations! Communicate ONLY in writing! Read all reviews AND complaints on every site including the BBB. Do NOT let the 4 stars lead you down a path you will regret.... make sure you have an attorney at your disposal...your going to need one if your dealing with any progress residential location! Read all reviews on every site. They are very accurate, as to what you will experience with this comany.

Nobody in the office ever calls back or emails back when there is a problem and everybody says there to busy to help then never calls back. Would NOT have rented this house if I would have known this. Currently having online account problems and have been trying for weeks to fix them with no help from anybody.

Horrible. Poor communication and services are not completed on time and maintenance is not paid to the house to prevent further issues. ( service ac, etc)

Your horable working with customers regard their pay period changing and needing help 10 when I pay rent Your horable getting things fixed when something is broke. Totally sickening when trying to reach the Houston office by phone. Arizona office dropped my last call 4 times. Before I reached who I needed. I would fire half of your customer service people. I run a dealership. It's all about my customers

We received your rent on the 11th, therefore, had to issue a late fee. To avoid late fees, please make sure rent is paid in full by the stated date in your lease.
