This company is a joke. The original house we where supposed to move into was supposed to be ready for viewing 6/28/2021. On 7/2/2021 we where told that it wouldn't be available until 7/12/2021. We then transferred to another property only to wait three day to get the lease. When it did arrive the price was $250 above the price on the website. My score was 504 in all bureaus as you can see I cannot get anything at all due to being immature just few months back. I had a few negatives; I had an IVA, with some loans and also credit cards debts. BEWARE : Read reviews here and on BBB, these people are con artists. They will take your money and proceed to lie and cheat you. You will never be able to communicate with them or talk with anyone other than the operators if you are interested in renting. The homes are in terrible condition, not clean and they will tell you they rent the home "as is". One home had a shed with entire floor and shelves covered in rat poop and insulation falling from the walls and ceiling

Horrible company who will take your money during work orders with no chance to give a tenant a chance to fix something. We had a sliding glass mirror closet door break due to age and were told by Progress Tech Carlos it would be fixed not to worry about it because, "It happens all the time in these older homes"... Progress then sent a Window vendor come in to give progress a quote. Progress Residential is the worst company to rent a house. The process of moving out is fine but when you follow it to a "T" to try to get your deposit back. They will find someway to keep your whole deposit. I assume they wanted the house giving back in a better condition in which they gave it. Because the house is old and everytime something stop working or fell part because their patch up work didn't last. I made the mistake of renting from this company. The bad reviews on every website are a true reflection of this company. -You will wait weeks, often months for simple service repairs. -I was overcharged for 6 months. I sent them my documentation to resolve the matter. It took 10 phone calls,5 emails and 3 months to get 3 months of overcharges back. I was told "they won't refund any more".
