ONLY BUY ONE KIT if this is your first time. Be warned if you have an allergic reaction you will NOT be able to get a refund or be able to return your order of additional kits. Hi Janet, we're sorry your experienced an allergic reaction. We require all customers to review our Healthy Start Commitment and check the box before continuing with their purchase. In the HSC, it states that you've reviewed the ingredients and are confirming you have no issues or allergies. Unfortunately, because of this, we are unable to refund unless there was something included that was not listed on our behalf.
Prolon will not cancel my subscription. I’ve emailed several times. The food tastes awful.

Don't waste your time with this company. My package is lost and they want me to track it down. Customer service is awful. They had no problem taking the 187.00 on 2/22/22. I have asked for a refund and they refuse.

I ordered two boxes of fast bars (one blueberry, one lemon) They were expensive but if they worked, it would be worth it. I only received half my order (1 Box of blueberry) so I reached out to CX and they said they would send me the Lemon box asap. It arrived and it was another box of blueberry. I reached out to CX again and of course, no response. If you cannot get s hipping right, I seriously doubt you understand the science behind fasting. SHAME!
I did recommend this company, but as a Canadian customer I am no longer permitted to order from the US site, and therefore cannot purchase many of the products. They offer repeat discount codes for second or third kits on the American site which they also do not honour for Canadian customers. Attempting a conversation with customer service resulted in zero effort to make things right.
