Posting unsolicited content? The proprietary dietary formulation for ProLon is based on over 20 years of scientific research, including preclinical (animal) and clinical trials. Many studies were conducted to develop the exact micro- and macro-nutrient ratio required to optimize nourishment but mimic fasting and ensure users would enter and stay in a fasting state while using ProLon. There are published clinical trials which support ProLon.
I was happy with the subscription. It was terrific until it was not. The first two months the customer service was exquisite. They even replaced food that was missing in the first order in an expedient manner. My third order went missing. I spoke with a customer service representative named Erika. The food was disgusting, and there was no real support during the plan. I was given a box and was essentially told good luck.

I wasn’t able to finish the five days because all the soups were gross. Please save your money and don’t buy this junk.

RecommendedYour fasting is great .. HOWEVER.. there are constantly items missing from your boxes! And for the amount of money we spend this is unacceptable... how are you going to fix this?

I am a former customer who is disgusted with Prolon's recent sexist marketing campaign for Women's Day. Instead of truly focusing on health, it was all about ProLon as a weight loss tool and compared it to a "spa day". Creeps in the marketing department: women care about health too, not just conformist beauty standards.

Not sure why the return policy is not posted online. I asked the associate over the phone and she said they don’t have it in the website. Why-I don’t know! I don’t know why you can’t suspend or cancel your subscription online!! And I don’t know why they don’t reply to the the unsubscribe requests sent via email in a timely manner. RecommendedFor $200 please put tastier food than powdered soup that tastes like prison food. The bars are great and the fasting bars but everything else really needs an overhaul for taste
I am not new to intermittent fasting or cleansing. I tried Prolon for a reset as recommended by my naturopath. It is expensive, and I had high hopes. The ingredients seem clean enough, but my body responded negatively to something. I had the worst boating, nausea, and gas the whole 5 days. I tried contacting Prolon, yet they have never responded back with my concerns.
