I ACCIDENTALLY PUSHED 5�. I HAVE NEVER TRIED ANY OF THESE PRODUCTS AND I'm NOT ENDORSING THEM. HOWEVER, the site wouldn't allow me to de~select my ERROR.

This is my first time leaving a review through Facebook. Though the product may have great reviews, shipping and customer service is VERY poor which greatly impacts the customer experience. It took over 21 days to receive my order with many challenges with customer service. My wife, who ordered separately decided today to cancel her order after 10 days of silence from the shipping department and customer service. Plant based??!! Hate to tell you Prolon, but gelatin is not plant based. I am utterly sick over the fact that I purchased this, I'll never buy again. Not to mention the pointless,stupid conversation I had to have with someone who told me her qualifications were a masters in sports medicine (whatever that means) as far as advising me on the product--not a health care professional at all (and even though I myself am one, I still had to have the conversation to get the product I had already paid for.) They have to work on the quality of their food. The nut bars are rancid, the quinoa soup and the kale crackers are stale with an expiration date of 2018 on the package. I ended up throwing away 3 days worth of "food".

The research is solid. The prepacked five day meals are very well designed, way over priced, and have the unnecessary requirement of going through your "health care professional" to acquire. I've been using the FMD for the past almost 3 years, since finishing cancer treatment. I've found it very effective for weight control and boosting the immune system.
