I’m fully behind Dr. Longo and the research behind this fast, but I couldn’t get on board with the soups. The bars, olives, and supplements were fine...but the SOUP. Per all of the reviews, many seem to enjoy them; but I thought they were just horrible and called the fast on Day 2 because I dreaded eating them. 3 stars: the science behind the fast is brilliant, so I plan on going back to my old method (calculating macros on my own and eating real vegetables and nuts).

Customer service and correcting mistakes is sub par. Really would have loved to try the product but a mistake on their part with my shipping address has left a bad taste in my mouth

I am on day 5. No improvement in sleep, and my back and hips are really hurting. That started on day 3. Not sure why, but it's quite unpleasant. The food is fine, I haven't been excessively hungry. Looking forward to blueberries for breakfast tomorrow!

The soup after day 3 I couldn't choke down, I dont like olives, there should be an alternative to that. pricey for what you get if you take a few things out. wont be reordering.

While the program has been very easy to follow. I was a fan.... I am on Day 4. I was very disappointed to open up the vegetable soup for lunch , only to find it empty and filled with air. A little annoying when following a strict regime thoroughly. They say the reason for taking so long to ship , is because it’s carefully packaged and put together. Well they missed Day 4 lunch for me.

Not worth the price - but easy . My friend just opened her dat 4 box and soup package has no soup in it . Are u kidding me ???

Not a fan. Developed horrible stomach pain on day 3 that grew so bad by day 4 I had to quit the program. Not from hunger - I’ve fasted many times. This was different, like I’d been kicked in the gut. The food: tasted good at first, but once I realized that all the soups had the same Lipton-dried-chicken-noodle flavor, they became repulsive. Plus not a fan of olives. Unfortunately, I purchased the 3 pak, so now I’m stuck with 2 extra programs I can’t use. Would love a refund, but if not, PM me & I’ll make you a deal!

Lost 16lbs so far and have two more fasts to go. I can't wait to see myself in 2 months from now. only thing that has worked for me in the past 20 yrs. of trying to lose wt. :) we can do anything for 5 days!
