This company is an absolute scam. I ordered three boxes from them. I used two boxes, but third one I couldn’t because I got pregnant. For this valid reason, I returned the last package through USPS in original unpacked box. After multiple phone calls to Prolon I was told that the package has never arrived and I should contact Fedex (because they were actually the ones who sent the package). I placed an order 2 weeks ago and paid $30 for 3 day shipping and it has not arrived. They also over charged me by $49. No one answers or calls or emails me back when I try to find out where my shipment is. When will my shipment arrive?? Extremely unhappy.

Each Pro-lon kit costs 250 dollars. Two of my kits were missing the day 1 food and the water bottle, and you won’t replace it. You say it’s been too long since I ordered. I ordered several kits and that’s why it’s been so long. Shame on you. I want those items.
I would give it one start out of 5! The food is BAD!! I followed through and lost a few lbs but not worth it!!!!

Use better quality control and contact your customers when they request assistance with a box that is short of product

I applied for CAP help 2 weeks ago and never got a response, I contacted customer service and was told by Antoine that he contacted the CAP department for me and they would be in touch...Still waiting, In the meantime I missed the special you were running while waiting on a reply. Very disappointed.

Missing product in box for the week program - customer service horrible - no response - “nurse” contact committed to rectify situation and apologized - never received product as promised. Never did follow up call. If you’re having issues, try this number: 551-444-1702. You may get a voice or response, but no follow through.
