I went on Amazon to order step rails for my 2022 GMC canyon it sent me to pro tunning lab so I put the year of the truck in and it pulled up a set I liked so I ordered it but when I got them they were for 2004 to 2012 so I called them and they said it was my fault and were no help so be warned don't order from pr tunning lab.

I ordered window vents for my jeep and I haven't received any information as to them being shipped or anything. A shipping number has been created, but no shipping information has been posted. Are you a real company or did I just get scammed?

A long story after many encounters with customer service but the website listing is NOT ACCURATE for the “Spyder brand” F-150 LED taillights. Do not be fooled. They are the cheap Akkon brand from Amazon. Don’t waste your time or money using this website.
Received the head lamp assembly and hid kit. The hid kit was sent in a non padded envelope (why you would send it that way I have no idea) pulled out the harness to see in both plastic capsules that are covering the bulbs that I had broken glass in both of them. I am very disappointed in how this came shipped.
Cheap leds or headlights, the 9006 leds didn't fit right, had to change out orings to bigger ones so leds wouldn't fall out, which I shouldn't have had to do. Customer service never returned my email about the leds.
I never received the product and it has been way over a month since the order was placed. My credit card was charged but no merchandise received.
You’re asking me about my experience I haven’t gotten a tracking number yet apparently it may take anywhere from 4 to 6 days before they ship it, extremely disappointing at this point but we’ll see I got a answer to my comment but I was not able to respond directly back to that comment. But their comment confirmed for the time of the order for the time it was shipped to the time that you get at home is indeed five or six business days, I don’t know why they’re challenging me on that
