i dont even know if i got ripped off
I ordered a grille for my 2009 Nissan and it arrived with one of the clips broken, althoughi know it was during shipping (i guess), I contacted Protuninglab and they said they had to contact the manufacturer to see how they were going to handle this. I haven't heard back from them, they need to work on customer service, poor customer service. I won't recommend or order from Protuninglab again, lesson learned have a great day

Got it out of the box and it’s broken and I got told they might not send a new one out or send a refund, waited a little bit for these to come in and don’t fit right.
Company sent the wrong product and charged a restocking fee and return shipping which is unfair when it is their fault for sending the wrong product. Will never buy anything from them again. If I could give them a lower rating than a one I would.
I have yet to get Any kind of a shipping info or a shipping date? So as of now Waiting yea barley 2 stars!!!
Ordered a grill on a Friday and it is now Wensday and it still hasn’t been shipped. 1 or 2 business days my ****!!
I put in a ship[ping inquiry with the customer service team and have still not received an answer. It has been 3 working days.
