I purchased replacement vendors for my son for Christmas, and unfortunately purchased the wrong ones. I ordered specifically from your company due to the advertisement of fast and friendly and easy returns purchase this reason. It was completely opposite. Instead, your company decides to extort money in the return process by charging an exorbitant shipping cost, and also threatening a restocking fee, which adds up to almost as much as I paid for the fenders to begin with. This is profiteering and extortion.
Fill out waiver to buy headers held up purchase email in junk folder had no idea that company was holding up shipping for this waiver.
When we received the lenses for my 2007 Tahoe they came in broken, I installed them in my car anyways and found that they don't even shine very far down the road, overall bad purchase
Item was received damaged and not working. Requested return twice with no response.
Terrible communication was never sent any tracking information. After order confirmation. 4 days later I called asking where my order is. Was told I never signed a carb waiver email. Which I was never sent! Only emails i received was how did we do! Then I was sent 6 waivers after my phone call. I signed said waiver still never got any tracking Information! I'm not some million dollar spender but I'll never spend another dime with protuninglab!
Product did not match description, yet I had to pay shipping plus 10% restocking fee.
I got my headlights in a box .however I got my HID’s USPS envelope that was smashed and tore open, they driver side didn’t work and the bulbs only half way worked. And the headlights the plastic wasn’t formed right so now there’s gaps “yes I will fill for return “
Out of the bix one of my headlamp assemblies is humming and not as bright as the ither
im not sure if they are aware of product issues but the hardware is all wrong for the instalation had to purchase $30. at hardware store to install flares also have a poor fit and dont match discription supposed to be 7 inch tall and are 8 just letting you know
