Orders a set of Sounder headlights for my 2019 Ram 2500. Neither of the turn signals worked. For $700 and an entire afternoons worth of taking my grill apart it was more than disappointing
Did not receive the right hand lights. I ordered HID headlights, not LED or whatever you sent me or they sent me.

I ordered an exhaust and a cold air intake for my son's 2004 Toyota Matrix XR. We received the exhaust. We did not receive the cold air intake. The order indicated that all items were shipped.
They don't make it easy to just get your product because of the letter
I just ordered an exhaust and it was for the wrong year of car so I ordered it after house and when I called right when they opened they said they could do a refund so now I have to wait to return it till it arrives.
The bar was shipped in only a cardboard box that got half obliterated in transit. There was 2 random metal rods in with the bar that scratched it, and were bent from how roughly the box was treated because there was literally no padding whatsoever. The bar itself seems alright other than the cosmetic damage, i have not fitted it to the car yet. The price is right but buyer beware, it will probably be damaged in some way.
I guess the part is good. I'm still trying to figure out how to install it. The instructions look like they were left in a pocket and then when through a wash cycle. They are bleached out and I cannot read most of them. The pictures are worse. The video you sent uses different install parts than what I have.
