Got my catalytic converter box is completely destroyed and packing was very poor and my item is very scratched and scuffed.
Ordering was easy. Instructions written in a language other than English translated into English by an individual not born in the USA. NO product support at best. I am returning product. 5 hours of my life I won't get back.
I tried to buy some headlights for my truck. For reasons that no one can explain the transaction was rejected. The lady told me that she didn’t know why & my best course of action is to buy my lights from some other retailer. Kind of strange. Oh well I’ll try & get them somewhere else.
The site said product was in stock, but then my order was cancelled. That's twice it's happened.
I opted for the led bulb upgrade and was charged but never received them I received my headlight assemblys but not the led bulbs
Sales discount was $180 price, & checkout remained $202 retail price prior to tax. Thats very misleading
Radiator upper hose fitting bent up badly, drain plug broken and upper **** is pointed in wrong direction for a 4.0 mine is a 3.0 v6
I received the wrong sun visors for my vehicle. They are too long and the wrong shape to fit my vehicle. I called customer service to resolve this issue and they said it could only be taken care of online through the online support team. After several emails back and forth the support team refuses to correct this issue. I just want my money back and they can have the incorrect part back.
The headlights where great and wow was I surprise how good they where but I can’t say the same for the side lights they fragile and didn’t even fit my car grille even though it says it fits a 1996 Chevy c1500. Is the headlight assembly worth the money absolutely but our the side lights worth it not really. Thanks pro Turing lab for the awesome headlights but I was disappointed with the side lights
