We ordered this on the 9th of July and didn’t receive it until the 17th. The item won’t fit our particular vehicle and have been trying to get the RMA to return . The only response I got was that they didn’t warranty that it would fit.

I was emailed that my order was cancelled and nobody replied to me as I was asking for a refund if this company isnt capable of neither delivering it to my PO in the US nor shipping it to Kuwait, noting that I spent almost 1300$ !!!

Actual ordering process was smooth and easy. I just have a hard time understanding why there is $3.00 charge to cancel an order that was placed in less than 24 hours of the cancellation request.
I placed an order on June 19. I have since emailed 3 times to get an update and have received zero response from seller.
I was not notified order was delivered, and was left out in a severe rain storm, box was so wet it ripped open and order fell out on the ground
Rude and disrespectful, less than zero service.
