I bought the OEM style headlights and selected the LED low beam upgrade. The heat sink for the bulb is too big and the headlight assembly will not fit properly as a result. Incredibly frustrating.
The lady that answered the phone lied about it being shipped that day and I would get the email for tracking by the next day then a week later I called after never getting the email and she said the warehouse was going to send it directly to me but they didn't have it then said 1-2 days for refund then change it to 1-3 days well it's day 3 and no refund all they do is apologize but fix's nothing for you would not recommend buying anything from them

Couldn’t send the item ordered because of technical difficulties
They say domestic shipping is free but wanted to charge me $120 AFTER I clicked purchase because I live in Hawaii. Jonny provided a snide reply about their website saying only domestic shipping is free. Hawaii IS DOMESTIC - part of the the United States of America since 1959. What I ordered would’ve fit in a USPS box for $15.
Wanted me to pay shipping after it said it was free and didn’t say how much it was until after I paid.
Plain and simple. They advertised these tail lights as Spyder brand when they are clearly not. They lied to get you to purchase at a higher cost then Amazon for same item
Ordered a set of headlights, the cancelled my order because it looked fraudulent , the names on the card the same just my address and billing address are different did not contact me nothing just cancelled my order didn’t even send an email so I called to check on my order and the guy that answered the phone was a **** so I hung up and ordered from a different company, and I will continue to order from somewhere else .
