I ordered incorrect headlight assembly for my car i sent them back. In the orignal cartain. They were damaged by Fedex shipping. I called protuning support requested they submit damage claim to Fedex. No reponse back.
Headlights don't fit brackets drivers side won't adjust and back was broken
Company is great ordered headlights and they are amazing. But just recently bought a 3rd brake light and when I plug it it the bed lights turn on and won’t turn off even when the truck is completely off. Reached out was told to send a video and I did but no response.

They sent me a confirmation for order but no shipping information. So I guess it’s ok
The packaging was good but the top lights brackets are flimsy and they don’t fit with out cutting and the wires connectors are not meant for the wires that come with it
order has been in “process” for shipment for 6 days now? it shouldn’t take that long to ship something
1st time I ordered thought it was in process then I get an email that it didn't go through, no explanation or anything until I called, then they said they don't deliver to P. O. Boxes, should of said that when I was ordering, then they said my payment didn't go through that I should use another way of payment, but then I got a refund, so something went through, anyway my son really wants these for Christmas so I did order them again yesterday 12-22-22, we'll see what happens, address is to a physical one so it should be ok..... read more
