When I tried to cancel my order the company sent a tracking number. The item was supposed to arrive by a certain date but of course it didn't. This company never even handed the package over to FedEx and won't give me a refund or actually **** the package. Very poor customer service. Someone called me back and I still haven't received the product or a refund. I am glad I purchased through PayPal and can get my money back.
Not satisfied at all especially
It takes along time to get your products from this site. I could have ordered the same product from amazon and had it in two days. My delivery has taken 9 days so far and still not arrived.
I’d leave zero stars if I could. The absolute worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with in my life. Thank God Fed-Ex stepped up and helped get things taken care of . Other than the horrible customer service, the product is great.
They had no issues withdrawing the money from my account but as for what I ordered......it's god damned mystery. I've contacted support and have yet to hear a word.

Ordered fender flares that the site said fit my truck they didn't now they want to charge me 85.00 dollars to return them (wtf) I've ordered over 2000.00 dollars worth of aftermarket parts for my truck and that's not including rims and tires never had a problem. I feel very mislead and disappointed never will I use or recommend this company.
I have order over 3 sets of headlights and two sets of tail lights for multiple trucks. One HID bulb goes out after barely a year. After spending hundreds of dollars on this site over the years, they would not send me out a replacement bulb. I will not be buying lights from here again.
