I call and they said it was shipped last Friday. As of Wednesday I still haven’t received the program duct.
I ordered fender flares for a customer. After awaiting their arrival for over a week i tracked my order. Upon clicking on the tracking number it showed me my order had been canceled due to no inventory. No one at this company reached out via e-mail,phone or other wise. Not to impressed. Hope this helps…..

When I received my mirrors I installed them only to find out the folded the wrong way. So initially my experience was good as the company sent me a return label and took them back without a shipping charge. After that things fell apart. Their communication was basically non-existent except to send me a text and email that my new mirrors had shipped. Ordered new lights and 2 days later I get an email stating they are backordered, but the T2 lights have shipped, They can not refund until I return the the light bulbs that really did not ship until the 30th 3 days later. So I look for a replacement light, everything they have is out of stock. So I now need to wait until next week when the bulbs get here to return them for a full refund... DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM!!!!
Ordered and wasnt shipped for at least 3 days afterwards the rest of my exhaust made it from another company in 3 days
Order has been rejected and cancelled twice now and I still have no tail lights headed my way.
Not good communication, no input on order status, after order was payed.
I recieved wrong part and it did not fit although it is the correct vehicle and year specified. I have sent 2 emails about return and no answer back as of yet. Not a good look.
