purchased a 3rd brake light for my 2008 dodge 2500. Installed light. noticed the led cargo lights dimly stayed on all the time. Called and talked to Protuninglab tech. Was told to cut the yellow wire because on 2008 dodges there is always a current running through system. Well i was sent overseas before i had a chance to do the wire cutting. I was expecting the car part and I got an email saying that the order was canceled. It was inconvenient and I won’t use this company again.
I haven't received my merchandise nor a confirmation that it's been shipped. It's been over 3 weeks since I've placed the order
I ordered some tailights and paid the extra for the LED reverse lights. I received the wrong size LEDs. I was told i would get the replacement bulbs and thats it. I havent had any other information or response/tracking or anything. On top of that the ram air intake i ordered was lost and i had to get a replacement. Very disapointed in their customer service i was given attitude and was treated like i was stupid.
Ordered 2 weeks ago no tracking updates..Still no product..
Bought SPYDER headlight assemblies for BMW 328i. Terrible design. Access to wiring and bulbs the worst. Right assembly does not function correctly. Sometimes the DRL comes on and most of the time not. DO NOT purchace any products from this company. Very poor products.
They got lost in shipment and now I’m still waiting
Dealer said product would fit and did not. Sent multiple pics of oem mid pipe and said pics wasn’t good enough to warrant them to pay for shipping to return product. Wanted me to pay $112 out of pocket to ship back. I would never do business with this company again
The tail lights I ordered were a perfect fit. But don’t fall for the addition of led reverse lights. I did! The reverse lights they sent me with the tail lights fit the stock lights not the ones I ordered!
