Pulled radiator to find cooling fins smashed and mounds bent very badly very disappointed
I ordered fender flairs never got an email or nothing saying they wasn’t sending them out just got the money back on my card what a joke!!!
Was supposed to be delivered today and still haven't received it
First I ordered figuring things gets shipped from california like they said and me living in nevada out me in a 1-2 day delivery date...well no see they don't state they send stuff from new Jersey and after waiting a week for my package to be delivered to fedex and that only happened after I contacted customer service and they got the package moving the next day fedex said they had the package another week has passed and my delivery date is 2 days from now but I called fedex they said another week. Haven’t received any information about location and haven’t received package even though it says it has shipped
Spent over $500 on some accessories for my car, it’s been 2 weeks and I have yet to receive anything. My package has been lost in usps and I can’t get a new delivery date. The tracking map says it’s still in California and I’m in Ohio so that’s very stressful. Great job protuninglab you guys should really find a 3rd party shipping company I would’ve definitely been willing to pay the extra to actually get my stuff.
The website showed the item as in stock, but I received an automated a day after ordering, saying that my order was canceled, since there actually weren't any in stock. It seems like the website should be accurate about whether they even have any in stock before you order.
