They **** and instead of just picking up the phone to contact you they will just cancel the order and leave you wondering.
I ordered a bull bar for my sons truck, when it came time to install it we found that the mounting brackets that came with it were absolutely the wrong ones. Looked nothing like the bracket shown in the install directions. Asked for them to ship me the correct ones since my son was home on leave for a short time and we wanted to get it installed before he went back. cheaper but not by much. offers warranty but does not provide the details of the warranty online. only verbal guarantee of replacement of manufacturer defects. pretty pricey at almost 20% the cost of the product to depend on a verbal.
I didn’t have any good or bad experiences
Before we received our item we found out the cab lights were illegal in our state and immediately contacted Protuninglab that we wanted to send them back and be refunded. They said as long as not used and packaging they were sent in was not damaged. I told them we didn’t even take them out of the package. So then they replied at our own cost and their 15-20 percent restocking fee if they found them in the same as when they send they would refund us. I bought my LED headlights and taillights last April but didn't get them professionally installed till June. I started noticing cracking this summer but over the last few weeks it's really bad. When I called the customer service the manager basically told me there products are only meant to last a year! A year! I'm disabled and have only driven my truck less than 8,000 miles since I purchased the headlights. Most people drive triple that. I called twice and never spoke to anyone. I left a voicemail the first time but never heard back. I was interested in an HID conversion kit but had questions. I’ll hold off for now until I can do some research.
