Protuning Lab has no integrity. THEY DON'T BACK THE PRODUCTS THEY SELL!! I ordered 2 headlights for my Toyota Tundra. Getting them delivered was excellent. However while installing them I realized a piece that holds the bulb securely was broken off. Instead of taking care of the customer, they said basically sorry about your luck. PLUS THE HEADLIGHTS ARE GARBAGE!!CHEAPLY MADE. ONE POINTS IN THE TREES. DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM PROTUNING LAB!! BUY FROM SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!

Purchased a Radiator for a 1968 Mustang. As you can imagine its a project and not all boxes are opened when they arrive. Some parts don't get opened months at a time. Sadly, I had this radiator in a box upon arrival for around 5 months. Finally opened for install and the bottom is crushed. Emailed and sent photos to company. Received a denial for a replacement. Sad to say I wont continue business.

Terrible customer service, they shipped me a different part than was on my invoice, they admitted that the part numbers are different. And would not, contrary to their return policy, return the bulbs. I will not be doing business with this group again, and would caution you to consider this when buying product from them. Lost a potential ongoing customer over $8 in shipping.

The lights I bought had only 1 picture. They where f150 halo fog lights. I live in Colorado. The lights I received had to be the cheapest quality I have seen. The light bulb is held in by a little screw that would never be able to be replaced on the truck. Second the piece of pot metal that sealed it had no seal so they are not water proof. I don’t think they know what a truck does. So I asked for a return and they wanted pictures. Bought a new set of headlights from them they worked for about 5 days till the inside of the lenses started to fog up with moisture sent in a note saying it had moisture in them and they told me to add black silicone to the edges and see if it worked. So I did and it still didn’t work so I sent them another notice and they basically kept pushing it off till my 30 day warranty was up. Never using them again. Just a heads up don’t want anyone to get any bad lights

Received headlamps as a replacement for a set lost in a collision. Upon receipt of the headlamps, we observed one was malfunctional and did not operate. We requested a replacement be sent. Initially we were told ProTuningLab would not assist with this. After emphasizing we were a reputable body shop in the area and made the representative aware that we had no issue telling everyone who came through our shop to avoid shopping there, did we finally get help.
