Ordered a part for my vehicle and it didn’t fit as it said in the description. They said I would have to pay for shipping back and pay a 15% restocking fee which together cost more than the whole product. I was very disappointed in their costumer service. I will never do business with “Protuninglab” again.
This so-called company has no clue as to the definition of the word customer service. All they want to do is email, email, email. Whatever happened to getting the customer on the phone making sure they were taken care of and getting a situation resolved? I wouldn’t plan on this place being in business much longer
Item received broken/destroyed - drivers side mirror is in multiple pieces with broken glass tow mirror is totally off the mirror assembly the main mirror is not attached and only held by the wires the flashing cover is broken there is plastic flashing all over the inside the delivery driver threw the box in the yard and left it in the rain never even knocked on the door or let us know it was here i also never received any status updates without asking i am trying to get this replaced under RMA from them, but do not know if ... read more
For starters it's not an exact fit. I got them and also ordered 8k led bulbs off a different website. The light housing wouldn't allow the stock bulb size to go in. The lights they provide dont even connect to the truck harness. The bolt holes dont line up at all, not even close. I spent about 3 hours with a dremel cutting the old fog light housing and modifying the new housing to get them to bolt up. I contacted support before doing any of this. Was told they are exact fit. Don’t buy beware, won’t honor warranty. I have some $300 bad headlights out of the box with no resolution offered. They are good at excuses, past 30 day warranty which includes the shipping days, items have been installed or used ( so bench test before install) , don’t have original box and shipping label for warranty (why does this matter and must keep all original paperwork and packaging ) , customer must pay for return shipping ( it wasn’t the customers fault but you have to pay for there mistake ).
