I don’t want to right now
I bought a set of $400 headlights for a Lexus but the lights don’t fit right. I tried to return and the restocking fee and shipping was as much as the product. Not worth buying from thus company when there are others with WAYYYYYY BETTER Customer Service!!!! PS. Place is so messed up you can’t even put the right year in on the review. I bought these in August 2019 but only option is August 2020...... BEWARE BUY ELSEWHERE!!!!!
They sent an adjustable headlight projection kit that did not have instructions and in the was not even adjustable. Not only did they not take responsibility for it, the made me pay to ship it back AND charged me a 15% restocking fee. In these peoples minds the customer is always wrong. Do not buy from them.
The website is very difficult to go around. From the beginning it should give you the choice of which vehicle you’re trying to find parts from & take it from there
foggy lense, no hardware.
Lights look great but the hardware is a **** and keeps blowing out. Called in for replacement and was directed to a lengthy form to fill out only to have parts guy tell me he could not hold for the new order number.
Tried coupon codes but wouldn't work so unfortunately can't by tail lights at same time
I purchased a set of Spyder projector style headlights for my 2015 Ram 1500, once I received them I was not able to install right away. Consequently a few months passed before install. Items were still in box. When I did go to install I found that they are not compatible with the CANBUS system on 2015 Rams(found through online search as Protuning was"00000" help. Bought my headlights from pro tuning lab about 3 years ago maybe... good quality they fog up from time to time. But, I have purchased new hid bulbs about 5 to 6 times in 3 years. The bulbs specifically say they have a way longer run time then that so just a bit confused as to why I’m responsible to buy new bulbs when the quality of the bulbs are not what they say they are.
