I originally ordered LED headlights without the Halos ($195). I am returning those and purchasing the HID U-Bar Halo chrome headlights ($269). I’m dissatisfied because I have to pay a 15% restocking fee for the original order.

The customer service is always good but the product ****. I have had nothing but issues with the headlights that they sold me. They last for a few months and then I have to spend hundreds of dollars to have someone replace the bulb and ballast. I had the same problem with a previous unit they sold me. They both always get moisture inside. They sell a junk product.

Brand new directional lights, go to install them one tab broke off, epoxied the mounting tab back on, installed it and next day both lights are full of condensation and water.

There are several website coupons. Click on any of them and they all say expired. Not good practice

I purchased/received headlights/tail lights on Oct 10. Upon inspection, they appeared to conform to the item descriptions with no defects visible. However, upon installing the lights one started to leak and hold water. I contacted Protuninglab, and they stated that despite the item being defective; the item was past the 30 day return period and refused to replace or refund. BAD BUSINESS.

I ordered replacement headlights (HID) for my Mazda 3. The first set cost $200 to install, on top of purchasing the headlights. The left beam pointed straight down and the right beam pointed into the trees to the right. The adjuster screws were useless. The representative said "We don't make the headlights, we only sell them." The second set of headlights cost ANOTHER $200 to install. DON’T SHOP HERE! Purchased some headlights all seemed fine. Installed the headlights and they worked like they should, however they fooled me to believe so. Later maybe a week, I wash my car and there’s condensation on the inside. Having some experience with this I know that it can be a bit of a pain to fix but no mission impossible however I felt that I wanted to get ones that were just constructed properly so I called customer service and asked if I could get a replacement. I tried several times to pay with my card. It kept saying unable to process error. It showed up 4 times on my card statement. I've got work to do.
