I placed two orders and one of them came on time and they all the one I'm still waiting for it they say that I need to cancel it and re-order again and that's very unsatisfied that's why gave them to stars is very disappointing the way they did it because it was on sale that's mean did they have it on stock and now the order is back order one of them and I'm leaving like that because they say is going to be cheap in one week or two weeks and that's how it happened no I'm not
This item arrived as promised and I installed it with some difficulty as the design of the header blocks one of the mounting bolts, however I was able to enlist my son's small hands to help me seat the final bolt and torqued it to spec. Upon starting up the engine and running it for only a few minutes the "ceramic coating" started to separate and fall off. Ordered and paid for a part, and a week later still no tracking number or anything. Called and found out it was out of stock, but wasn't listed on the website as it. Waste of time for consumers. It would be very helpful if listed OUT OF STOCK like other items.
We ordered lights and they were out of stock -- I found out via an e-mail that I sent asking were they were. Then got our money back a week later because they had already charged my card
Seller sent some wrong items I have to buy other parts to make it fit.
When the order came in the box was smashed, when I took a look at the bumper, the bumper had about inch scratches on it along with the side skirts which weren't even molded correctly.
After emailing the item sent was incorrect they asked me to send back the item and they would charge a 20% restocking fee and return the money. I asked why a fee if they sent the wrong item. They advised it was because I made the mistake of purchasing that item. I copied the add and advised there add was misleading because it showed the item fit my vehicle when infact it didn't. Worst product I've ever gotten. Wires were hanging all out everywhere and my LED reverse didn't work. I sent an email about the bulbs and the guy said he'd send some more and they're still not here. Just horrible.
Product sent had a defective part and they are not able to send me a replacement. They want me to send the whole kit back after it was installed. Now I have to ship the defective part back at my expense and pray they send me a good replacement. Not a good experience at all. Very difficult to work with. They
