I had been shopping for replacement head and fog lights for my 03 F250. I liked what I saw on their website. After calls to customer service on back to back days, I was told that I would NOT have to cut any metal to install the lights. The order was placed. When the lights came in I took them to a professional shop to have them installed. Guess what? The metal has to be cut. I ordered an hid kit. Once I had it going one to the bulbs went out about a week after i received the kit. Pro tuning labs said they would send me warranty replacement bulbs. it been 3 weeks and they can't seem to be able to. They are blaming their supplier for not sending them. The people I have spoken to at pro tuning lab are professional and curious. I just don't believe they are given the tools to help me. Sadly I will not be buying from them again.
I ordered a header and test pipe and I was putting it on one day after work at my shop and it didn't fit not to mention the garbage welds needless to say I didn't even use it and I'm trying to resell it and when I contacted pro tununing lab they said they didn't sell me the item because they don't sell product off of eBay and I need to file a claim O.o wtf
Ordered it about 3-4 weeks ago. It arrived on-time but i wasnt in town to open it until today. Noticed a crack in the spoiler and the paint was already fading in one spot. Also, it didnt line up with my holes at all. Im super upset because i was so excited to put it on my teggy. Im not sure if you can do a re-fund or not? Please email me back asap. Id highly appreciate it.
I ordered lights for a 2013 Subaru Impreza. The description clearly states 08-14 Impreza/wrx/outback. My confirmation states the same. When they didn't work I was told there was a fitment disclaimer at the bottom. I work in the auto industry and any time there is a need for disclaimer it has an * by the description making you aware of a potential problem. No apologies, all my problem. 20% restocking fee. I gave two stars because they handled the return promptly. Not impressed by the fitment location on the page!
I bought aftermarket headlights which developed condensation inside one day after I purchased them. Their response was " this is very common for aftermarke'tt headlights" . Really? What a bunch of crap. I will never buy from this place again.
