I ordered new headlights and taillights that was like $650 total. It took near 2 weeks to arrive. I opened the box and only had headlights! Called ProTuning to find out where my taillights were at. And they told me the taillights were on back order! WHAAAAAT!!!!! Why no one called or emailed me when they received my money, I even emailed twice to find out about my taillights and hot NO REPLY! I ordered on a Sunday, and received package on Wednesday mid morning. The only shipping option was free shipping, no expedited. I tried to call their customer service to see about shipping faster monday morning about 905am, but their phone system said everybody was busy and hung up on me.

I ordered a cold air intake and was told on the phone it would arrive in about a week. After two weeks i finally recieved an email that they did not have the intake i ordered. They refunded the money but i was waiting on a much needed intake for over 2 weeks

The lights look cool but they are cheaply made and they definitely don't fit, lots of nice wide gaps. Very difficult to adjust as well. Don't bother with this product. I may just throw them out and look for a better pair. Very disappointed.

The headlights had plugs that couldn't connect to my Camry. The halo rings are really dim. My HID's are starting to go out, I would like to utilize my 30 day warranty.

I had a Right head light that stopped working 3 months after install. I needed to replace the Hid light but you can't just get it replaced you have to trouble shoot it yourself. Which I don't have a problem with just sometimes you don't have the time Right.. So I did that a week later and it ended up being the bulb that was faulty and the whole time I'm dealing with this Guy Gerald G and he's so unhelpful. I had to modify both of my most rear hangers on the mufflers just to get it on the road. I can't even get the two hangers behind them or the middle support hanger in. Currently running aftermarket hangers which are longer than stock and don't fit. I didn't pay that much for it though, for the price it's still cheaper than you'd spend on a nicer system.
