Second day fog is already in my headlights, even after i used sylicone
They haven't shipped my order yet
I bought halo headlights and the halo went out 6 months later. They wont refund or give me new parts. Crappy customer service and products. Avoid at all costs.
I originally ordered a black intake for my miata and after a week of purchase I received an email saying they didn't have anymore in stock so I had to get a chrome one and wait for that to be processed. Not a great experience.
Do not buy from here they false advertise their parts!!!I bought parts from here thinking I was going to get what I was looking at to buy which was 97 Honda prelude parts instead they sent me parts that were supposivly (compatible) to my car which they weren't and Even if they were compatible it's not what I wanted or was looking at to buy so how could they send me a part that I wasn't even looking at or being advertised to buy and the lady I was emailing tried arguing with me and tried saying I ordered the wrong parts!!!! Still have not recieved my package. Was told 3 weeks ago it was out of stock. Had to contact them myself to get an update only to be told they wont have the parts for another 3 weeks
The parts where low quality and had no instruction on how to install, the wires where to short and had to be modified to work with my truck.
Unfortunately this vendor sells the same low quality merchandise that other low quality retailers sell for much less. Except, the expectation is that ProTuninglab sells higher quality stuff because its more expensive, right.....? Not at all. Received the item and it broke before it could be installed. No where near the quality of the stock item and their item should not be considered a contender at all. They refused to replace the item unless I paid for shipping both ways. The wiring connection did not match my 2006 Dodge Ram, cheaply built housing for head light bulb connection, had scratches on lens. I do not recommend this.
