Placed and order and waited for delivery. 3 weeks later called and find out order was cancelled and money refunded. No notice given by ProTuning at all. If I had not called I guess I would still be waiting on my order.
Said my order shipped and arrived to my house... And I don't have it.
Somwhat dissatisfied because i had to get a refund. Pro tuning lab charged my credit card while knowing the item i ordered was not in stock and in back order.
took my money and product never shipped I feel like a fool and just got beat on the streets
Came with no instructions. Seems to be cheap made.
The service was good, product came quick, price was fair. There is a problem with the product. there is a deflector cup on the original low beam lights. on the original the bulb is in the center of the cup. on the product I purchased the deflector is to high, ie. in the wrong place, with no way to adjust it. I notified the ProTuningLab people, and they basically said that is the way it comes from the manufacture. They did not indicate that they would replace it. Told them i wanted my money back because the aftermarket headlights didn't fit right and basically said to bad your stuck with them
I ordered a pair of headers from ProTuningLab on line on June 22nd and immediately paid via PayPal. I received an email stating that the headers would be shipped within 1-2 business days and usually delivers within 4-7 business days. On July 5th, I received an email from Paypal informing me that the payment for the PTL transaction was refunded.
