I am still waiting on the order to be completed. Still missing the mirror covers two weeks later.
I ordered new LED tail lights from ProTuningLabs. I installed them myself and one LED bulb were bad on each side of the tail lights in different locations. Called to tell them to see about replacing and had to email customer service. I sent pictures of LED out and am waiting response. This worries me because if they are new and are out now What about the longevity of the product. How often will they go out if they aren't working before I even drove the truck. Not happy at all
Customer service sucks this is the second time I have ordered something from this company first time I tracked my order it was suppose to be delivered by end of day two days later money was back on my card second time I received my shipment with wrong wire harness
They advertised my product as one thing and when i received it, it was not what they said it was. They tried to say it was named led because the drl in tge middle was an led, after further examination of the lights NOTHING on the light was even led just standard halogen headlights and 194 peanut bulbs.
Order never shipped...had to place new order for shipment.
The led bulb didn't work on one side was told to send them back after they were installed so they won't me to pay for to them to be uninstalled and to have them installed again didn't mention that they would reimburse me why should I pay twice
The license plate I ordered was so thin I had to buy a plate frame to put around it to hold it in place.
I was satisfied with the price pf my item. I was very disgusted with how long it took to arrive. I called several times no answer. I decided to email to my surprise i got a reaponse within an hour from someone. At that point i thought everything was ok. It took 2 weeks maybe more I finally got my part after ordering with some other site and they both came on the same day. So that was my experience.
Hello, I ordered headlights over 2 weeks ago and I still haven't received my order. After calling countless times, I sent an email and finally got a response. They informed me that the product was out and if they get a shipment, I will be 2 to 4 weeks from now. As a business, it would be good to contact the customer and let them know what's going on instead of sitting here worrying about what had happened. Very unprofessional.
