Well to start with my headers took forever to get through the mail and to my house. They finally arrived and I go to install them and I see that the area where I put my O2 sensor is just a hole.. no way to screw in my O2 sensor!! Then, I go to install them and the bolt pattern does not match up so I had to Fab the headers a bit. The the worst engineering of headers I've ever seen. I want a refund!

Bought the lights, put them in and they looked and we're working great, put them in professionally. After 2 months or so the ballast went bad so had to replace those. Then a bit after that a strong wind and rain storm came through and now the HID's are currently not working. They won't even turn on. So I suggest you do not buy the lights. I have a 2010 mitsubishi lancer gts. If you do happen to buy the light make sure to purchase the one year warranty on them because most likely you will be sending them back.

Ordered my parts on 3/20/16 it's is now 4/5/16 and still no parts wtf very unhappy I'm hoping when I do get parts there not as bad as the service I had ordered other parts for other venders the same day also from California and shipped to me on the east coast and they were at my door in 3-5 days not weeks later !!!!! ???????????????????? not happy

not once but twice i tried to order cold air intake for my 2012 ram hemi…they sent me another e mail that it has been processed , then they take several days more to e mail you not in stock no eta of getting more , meanwhile they sure took my money from paypal…then sweet time returning it….but they offered 5 dollars off next order…i have never purchased any parts from them nor do i think i will attempt to in future

So I bought a flex pipe for my 2007 chevy cobalt SS. I had it welded on by a licensed muffler shop. Then when I picked it up I realized it had a leak. Before I could take it back I had to park the car for around 3 weeks. Then finally I was driving it again and was planning to taking it back to the muffler shop to get it done right. But before I could take it the exhaust dropped. So I check it out and it turns out that the flex part detached from the mounting bracket. After finally reaching someone on the phone, I was interested enough to buy an exhaust system (at more than 50% off, maybe that should have been the first red flag). Protuninglab assured me that I was ordering the correct part. After 12 days of waiting for it to arrive, I arranged to have it installed by the appropriate dealership. I bought a set of headlights that looked great, them one of the marker lights fell out of the inside, I couldn't fix it so I ordered a new set only to be told they are out of stock.

I was put through a lot of hassle and unnecessary haggling to get my order satisfied. During that back and forth email for almost a year, I made the mistake to reorder the wrong part. Now I will have to live with my mistake!!!
