My experience with this company is not good. I ordered a custom headlight package and my first order was not right, meaning the product had flaws. This particular headlight kit had LED halos around the outside and they were not lined up evenly from side to side. They offered to give me a return authorization and it has been received by then but no refund issued as of yet. I decided to order a replacement set to see if they would be correct. Took my money and didnt contact me to tell me the part was discontinued. Finally got ahold of company after waiting two weeks for a part that was never there.
I made three orders the first arrived in four days, Turns out that I ordered some of the wrong stuff. I called twice but never got a call returned. I ordered the right stuff and it came in four days but this product came as just the header no down pipe included. I ordered the down pipe more than ten days ago and it has not arrived yet.
They don't have the part they are selling me and when I ask they always say 2-3 weeks when it already been that long. Very disappointed with them.
When I placed the order I received an email indicating that the headlights would ship. I even got a tracking number for the order. When I checked my bank account a few days later I found that my payment had been refunded. When I checked the order status it indicated that the order had been canceled. I tried calling but I could only get a voice mail message. I finally received an answer to an email I sent stating that the headlights were out of stock and there was not a restock date. I was sent a broken product, a product that requires a third party professional installation. I advised them about the broken product and they asked me to then troubleshoot this component. I asked to send the product back. They did not acknowledge my request and pursued troubleshooting again. I finally demanded a return and they have yet to provide me a return label. I purchased a set of headlights and received an email that my product had been shipped...well after 2 weeks, still no headlights!!?? After multiple attempts to call with no answer or return calls, I E-mailed the company only to receive an email that the product is on back order for another 2-1/2 weeks. I was never informed that the product was back ordered, I feel that it should have been the consumers choice weather to order or not. They did refund my money with no problems upon asking.
I am currently dealing with this company on an Advanced Replacement item, they are the worst run online business I've ever seen. Only ONE person answering phones and you can NEVER get through to them I don't know how they make money but I hope they are put out of business soon. Shipped me lights with a bad ballast and them "supposedly" sent out another one that was "Supposedly" delivered on a Friday, noone can give me a tracking number or proof of delivery, no response to email after they've decided the problem was resolved ... read more
I found headlights I know my husband would love for his car since his hobby is to mod it. Those headlights would've been perfect for his birthday but as I kept checking the tracking number on USPS, the status says they have not receive it but they are expecting a package. I called customer service for protuning and they said that the lights I ordered are back ordered. If I had know this and it said it on the Web cite I would have probably ordered something else.
